Bring the site details into the conversation
Start with the address, intended use, requested dates and an on-site contact. Describe the access route and the available standing area, including gates, surface conditions and any time restrictions.
Confirm the specification before booking
Consider the number of users, furniture, power and the length of the project. Confirm setup space and connections before arranging delivery.
Ask what is included in the arrangement, what you need to prepare and how changes will be handled. Availability, delivery and collection windows are confirmed for your location; a quote request is not a reservation.
Coordinate with the rest of the rental
If you also need portable toilets or handwashing, include those in the same request. Coordinate placement so one delivery does not block another supplier or an ongoing service visit.
Fit the facilities to the day
Site offices in Benbrook, TX: Tell us how long people will stay and what permanent facilities they can use. We will discuss the rest of the setup from there.
Arriving
Where do people enter, park and meet? Choose restroom positions that make sense from those places without blocking the main activity.
Spending time
Consider the busiest part of the day, handwashing and accessible routes. Include the people setting up and clearing away, not only the guests.
Heading home
Agree when the equipment can be collected and who can provide access. Leave the route clear after furniture, supplies and other rentals are packed away.
